Better2Know’s Peace of Mind Screen uses blood and urine samples to detect three of the most common sexually transmitted infections. This popular testing option is appropriate just 14 days after any potential exposure.

Which infections does the Peace of Mind Screen test for?

Our Peace of Mind Screen looks for:

  • Chlamydia
  • Gonorrhoea
  • Syphilis

What samples are needed?

Blood and urine samples are required for the Peace of Mind Screen. To ensure you are able to produce a urine sample at your appointment, it is advisable to avoid urinating for at least two hours prior to testing.

We will contact you via a method of your choice (telephone, email or SMS), when we receive all of your results from our certified laboratory. If you prefer to contact us instead, you are welcome to do so. In the meantime, you can view your results online via your secure patient login area.
